I have a coldness that starts in my hands and sweeps up into my chest area. I have an upper respitory infection that I am just getting over. My hands tingle and go cold but I have no shoulder or neck or back pain. When the coldness hits my chest, my heart skips a beat and I cough a little. I feel short of breath from the cold. I am 45 and in great shape and all postiive bloodwork.
