I am 40 years old woman, and I know I should expect perimenapause. Lately I have noticed hot flashes during and after period. Also my menstrual cycles are not regular any more. That’s why I think it’s time for me to hear more about recommendations and treatments for perimenapausal issues.

Hi, I am a forty seven years old woman. I am in menopause. During the last two years I gained weight and became very depressed. However, the drugs that the doctor prescribed were giving results. But the weight stayed. Hopefully, it will come off too. Did you find relief from your bad symptoms?
