I have never imagined that I would have so much problems in menopause. Memory loss, tears, unpredictable mood swings, joints pain, hot flashes they just keep coming and I cannot do a thing about them. I can only thank God that for now my sleep is ok, even though I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat. Are all these symptoms regular, or should I see a doctor for some illness?

You should not worry; there is no other illness, only menopause. It is true, though; that the signs and symptoms of menopause could be intensified if the woman is suffering from some illness, but that is not likely your case. You could visit a doctor, to exclude that possibility. Also, you might consult him bout your menopause, what medications he might prescribe you to deal more easily with the symptoms. Antidepressants, for the start, will help you with those tears and mood swings.
