post menopausal? started 12 months of no period, The cycle is subsided to a very light pink

I am 52 and started 12 months of no period, last month a little pink release of blood nothing to measure but felt like I was going to start just before the 12 months were up. no period for 5 months but all pregnancy tests are negative. I also gained weight

i last had my periods in January since then nothing . have gone to see Dr and tests taken if i am pregnant but they have bn negative even today but i have gained weight and there are visible movements in my stomach could i be pregnant
