How soon can I take a pregnancy test after spotting

The first day of my last period was on 12/24/09, On 1/16/10 I spotted early and very lightly, but am confused because my period is normally regular and on time. I don't know if that was my period or if it could be the process of implantation? Could I be pregnant? How Soon can I take a test?

menstration cycle that starts 15 hours after sex could this be a std or change of cycle

I had sex in novemeber 28 and on november 29 my menstration flow started i had not had sex in 3 months and I'm 47, could this be a normal cycle or could I have a sexual transmitted disease. I use a medicated douche before the cycle started.
