BROWN SPOTTING BE FOR PERIOD..

Cycle went from 32 to 23 days what does it mean?

I am 35 and the mother of 5 and I have been having periods like clockwork every 32 days and this month it suddenly went to 23 days and the period itself went from lasting 8 to 11 days to now it lasted 5 days and last month it lasted 4 days. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
