Ireegular periods when off of the pill

I was on the pill for almost 13 years and went off of it about 6 months ago. I didn't get a period for almost 2 months after going off and have only had 2 normal periods since and didn't have one again for about the last 6 weeks. What is going on. No, I am not pregnant, but look really bloated.

spotting after sex

I just finished my period 2 days ago and my boyfriend and me had sex yesterday with a condom and it did not break. But today I started getting slight cramps on my lower left side and noticed spotting on my underwear and when I wiped it was slight brownish color...does anyone have any hints to this...

Is there anything I can do to get my cycle back to the regular time?

I used to have periods every 28 days and was very regular. The past two times I've menstruated it's been every two weeks (a 14 day cycle). What does this mean and is there anything I can do to get my cycle back to the regular time period?
