am i stressed

because when i was working, the persons who i worked with they would trouble me, so i would worry about it and i had my periods twice a month for two or three months. Does that i mean i was stressed? Thank you.

ive have my period for almost 2 months.

I have been on period since I was put on birth control, the depo shot, in the middle of September. Since then I have had been spotting. I'm surious as to what is wrong. What could be some possible factors of this?
