Ok so um I just had my period because it was close for me to take my depo shot. I just got done with my period and I had unproductive sex with my ex this was like about 4 weeks ago, and now I just started another period. I'm not sure if that normal or not. But will it eventually stop?

Blood in urine? Not period

I went to the doctors today and I did the usual pee in the cup test. Turns out I have blood in my urine? A blood trace to be exact. They said it could be left over dried up period blood and that I'm fine. But I'm still worried. I'm going back in a few weeks to take another test. Any advice?
