Severe stomach cramps, unusually painfull with bright red bleeding menstruation.

Hi everyone, a lot of you sound as though you might have endometriosis. I was experiencing excruciating pain in the run up to my periods, sometimes triggered by sex and sometimes so bad that I passed out. Endometriosis can't be seen in any way other than a minor surgical procedure called a laparoscopy. It won't show up in scans or ultrasound. I won't try to provide technical information as there is lots of useful and much more accurate information on support sites, please do look them up. I had surgery to remove the tissue and it is amazing to see the difference, it was day surgery and I recovered well and quickly. But it did take a long time for someone to diagnose it in the first instance, and was only when I saw a specialist who just instantly said 'oh it sounds like it's endometriosis let's get you booked in for an exploration' that things moved quickly, so do push and push to get the help you need, don't suffer needlessly.

Hi I just had severe Charlie horse cramps yesterday which caused me to vomit. I was very shaky and had bleeding for most of the day. It was 2 days before my period and today I have pain but it's not like that. The bleeding has been mild and I have no tenderness in my breasts or back but my stomach still is very uncomfortable. I am not on the pill and my period is regular. Am I pregnant?

I dont know i have the same thing but i got off birth control and i dont know why im hurting so much its content pain and my blood is bright red

My very sorry you are going though this at such a young age. Just want you know you are of age to request birth control with your Dr. Even if parents don't agree. Not that I want you to ignore your parents but if you need it to help you then in maybe a choice you will need to make
