IM 15 and when i was in year 5 i started my period. Since then i haven't had a period but often i sometimes had discharges. IM not pregnant but at the same time i don't feel normal. Could there be something wrong with me?

Nexplanon caused missing of my period

I have had Nexplanon for a little over two years. My periods have been normal every 28 days like clockwork. Now I have not had a period since March. I do have an ovarian cyst. Not sure if it would cause a missed period. I know this bc can stop periods, but can it after I have been on it for so long.
