I'm breastfeeding my 9month old son I got my first period twice in March of 2014 when my period end two days later I got my next period.I was on the pill as soon as I got my first period I stop taking the pill because it was worst then being pregnant I was throwing up nausea it was really bad so I stop the pill . Now I'm four weeks late with two negative test results. I've only thrown up once but I'm cramping,lower back pain but no period please can some one tell me if its normal to be four weeks late after having my first period in March.
