Azithromycin with late period, can antibiotics be the cause of delay?

5 days ago I was on Azithromycin 500 mg for 3 days and my period was supposed to come 2 days ago and never came. yes i did have sex a couple of days before my period was supposed to come by using withdrawal method. I wander if the antibiotics delay my period or am i pregnant?

Third period hasn't come since September, the difference between first two was 48 days

I started to get my periods a few month ago. and the difference between my first period and my second one was about 48 days, but i haven't gotten my third one since september 15th. I dont know why and i dont really have anyone to talk to.... any advice?

Hi, I had unprotected see a day after my period and out of tension I took gynaecocid, now my period is delayed for 7 days and still haven't seen it, i've been feeling light cramps and I did a urine test on the 5th say of my missed period and it was negative. Could I be pregnant? Please help!
