Missed period 2months straight

I missed my period 2 months srraight after coming off the depo shot. I spotted for maybe an hour the 3rd month. Then nothing else. Ive taken several pregnancy test and they were all negative. Im confused, I only miss when I'm pregnant but every test is negative.
