I started my period when i was 11 and my period lasted a whole year, i went to the doctors and go loads of blood tests done, had an ultrasound scan done and all normal apart from a few cysts on my ovaries, they put me on loads of contraceptive pills and the first few i tired i bled all the way through, the doctors then found on that worked for me, i stopped bleeding, i got discharged from the hospital and was told when I'm 16 to come of the pill, i came of the pill and didn't bleed for 4 months, i then started to bleed and i haven't stopped in over 2 months, i went back to the doctors and all they told me to do was go back on the pill, but i don't want to be on the pill the rest of my life, im scared in later life this will affect my chances of have a baby, please can anyone suggest anything?
