I started my period and there are no tampons in my house, what do I do?

I started my period and there is no tampons in my house, what do I do? I only have pads in my house... I usually change my pad after 8 hours cause of school... I'm gonna man up and do it during lunch hours. Any suggestions what to do though without a tampon?

I've been off Depo for 10 months now and keep getting my periods but irregularly
