I’m 21 years old and I have been bleeding for a year now. But my “period” comes sooo heavy sometimes I have to go to the ER to be put on an IV and I have anemia now due to the blood loss. I bleed EVERY SINGLE DAY. Non stop and at night it’s when it’s the heaviest (sorry to make a mental picture but all the blood literally runs down my legs and stains all my sheets if I don’t get up every 45 minutes to change at night.) during the days it’s just a normal period (normal as in like if I were on my regular period using about 4 pads a day) and then at night I use about 6 or 7 and they are the overnight ones I use day and night.  The doctors give me pills and pills and yet when I take them all nothing happens and I go to the ER again because I won’t stop bleeding they just give me more pills (which won’t help) I am terrified I won’t be able to have children. I have a boyfriend and thankfully he accepts me with this condition. Reading all these messages is a bitter sweet feeling... bitter because I’ve read every single post and none have a promising result, and sweet (not really sweet, but comforting) that Im not alone in this. I have no idea why to do any more.....
