Last periods finished a week ago today I am bleeding

I had unprotected sex then took a contraceptive pill  It had estrogen in it. After 7 days my period has finished and 3 -4 after taking pill I am having bleeding it dark thick blood. I am very tense please help asap.

If I had sex the day I was supposed to start my period could it delay my period? We used protection. I'm not on birth control or anything. But we did used a condom. Could my period being late just be because I had sex he day I was supposed to start?
