It is currently April 14th, 2016. My last period ended on the 8th. I am not sexually active and I got my first period last year in August. I had the flu and a fluctuating fever from the 9th to the 13th. My period normally lasts from 7-8 days, but my last one was six. I currently just got my period again, and am FREAKING OUT because getting a period RIGHT after one is not normal. I know it is normal for there to be irregular periods in the first few years, but I need information as to why this happened. It's like m y period just paused when I was sick and now came back. Honestly I'm confused. I am not cramping or craving, but I'm very warm which may be the signs of an oncoming fever. Fabulous, I know. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ME ANYTHING YOU FIND OUT. OR KNOW. PLEASE.

Hi there, it's probably a bit late but mine has just done the same thing. I had a slightlyshort period which stopped the second day into my flu. Flu has now finished and I've come back on full force!
Can't find any info but thinking biologically, our bodies probably couldn't fight flu and discharge our uteruses so decided to do one at a time?
