I was wondering if the steroid was affecting the period?

I had my wisdom teeth taken out and took prednisone for the six days (I took my last pill on Wednesday) and on Saturday I peed and I bled a little. I also take birth control and was wondering if the steroid was affecting the period? Or could I possibly be pregnant? :(
