everytime I get my period I'll have it for 3-4 days most of it is just brown not even blood

I've had an abortion about a year ago everytime I get my period I'll have it for 3-4 days most of it is just brown not even blood what does that mean? Is it something to worry about? I'm so scared to go to the doctors :( scared of hearing bad news or so.

I had sex for the first time 8-10-14 and i was supposed to have my period the 18. I haven't been late sense the 7th grade and im worried. We used a condom and everything but im so paranoid i cant have a child im too young.
