ive had my period for 2 years and they are very heavy with horrible headaches and severe cramping does anybody hav some advice on how to get the cramping to be less severe and maybe how to get it to end earlier (i usually have it between 5-6 days)

So it was my first time having sex. Well he used a condom & I don't believe anything broke or tore. But my mind is racing 100 mph and I'm completely stressing and all the bad is running through my head. But I haven't had my period yet. I'm pretty stressed out as well. Chances of being pregnant?
