5 weeks since abortion :( 2 day period

Hi, I had an abortion on 27th feb (was the only woman there that cried...very hard decision but necessary). Anyway ivebeen on the pill since then and I'm currently on my week break. My period started but lasted only 2 days it usually lasts between 4-5 days. Should I be worried?
