My period was late, it started on the day that it should have finished, at first I was worried I might be pregnant but it had happened before where my period was a week late but when it did happen there was nothing out of the ordinary except the lateness. Anyway usually a day before my period starts I get small spots of blood before a full flow, this time my period was late and just came on as a full period, i usually get cramps but nothing a hot water bottle can't solve, this time the cramps where so painful I could barely move and continued like this throughout the day, my period was also very very light, there was pretty much no blood (except for the first maybe 3/4hours of my period) instead there where large dark clots that looked like bits of liver, I did research and I kept finding pages about a 'chemical' miscarriage. Could this be the problem or am i just worrying over nothing? The cramps did eventually stop.
