Bad cramping, spotting, and watery discharge. Is it my period or pregnancy?

I feel like I'm getting my period because I'm having lots of cramping, spotting and white watery discharge. But no actual bleeding. And its kind of early for my period I already had one during the first week of this month. Will my usual heavy flow period come to me soon or could I be pregnant?
