No periods, Negative result(Blood & Urine)

Hi, We are trying to conceive. I don't get my periods, I checked hpt. It came negative, I went to Blood test, Result is negative. Gyno gave peanut tablets to me to get my periods, But I don't get yet. I am 49 days now. Last month, I did HSG. So I am confused. Please help me.
