Painful and irregular period

About 3 weeks ago i found out i have 2 small systs on my ovaries. I skipped my last period but i am on it right now. It is very painful. Alot more than normal. Also i've been having clots about 2 inches big or more. Is this bad?

i am trying to conceive i had a d&c on October 1st i had my peroid one week later know i am due for my next i got cramps and very little spotting is this enough bleeding to be considerd a peroid? will i be able to ovulate
