No Period since surgery Jan 9th 2013

I had my right tube and ovary removed on Jan 9th 2013 due to very large mass non cancerous. I still have not had a period a little bleeding after surgery but that has been it. I am 47 yrs so maybe early menopause now? Should I be concerned yet?
