brown spots after 4th day of MENSTRATION.

i am 18 yrs old..i was thinking what was the brown spot i found out after my menstration..and my organ was itchy..i don't have idea what might happen. actually i have regular cycle though..can you help me about this?im so scared about what happen..

muscle discharg during menstration

i have normal and regular menstration but at the end of the menstraul cycle a long strand of muscle is discharged this has been having for the past few months? want to know why it happens and why would be the problems due to this? ?

I have had a heavy period since i was 12 years old, but i never had the white discharge until i had my first child in 2006, and after i had my son in 2010. Periods were still heavy. And i caused aneimia and last year in August i had the surgery to stop it. But i still have the egg shell discharge
