swollen abdomen after painful ovulation

My tummy gets all swollen and painful, like pressure after I ovulate, this happens like once every three months usually following ovulation I can feel. I have ahistory of ovarian cysts that come and go with my cycle....what the heck is this swollen thing! It hurts

period patch of blood for a day.

i used to have an irregular period but now it kinda comes every month. my last period was on the 28th of sept for at least 2 days of bad stomach cramps and gas then my period stopped for one day and started again for about 2 more. i've been sexually active recently but it's always been protected....

Premenstral syndrome

What should I do to make my premenstral syndrome less painful? I always have headaches that start 2 days before my period. They last during my whole period. Also, abdominal pain and vomiting are common things for me. What should I eat, or drink to change this?
