I have dried blood like im on my period but no blood when I pee whats wrong?!

This has been going on for a couple weeks now. At first I thought I was on my period but then I started noticing that there was no blood when I peed so I thought this couldnt be my period. Now I just dont know what to do. I am not sexually active so I know I am not prego. Can someone please help me!

Blood stained mucus disharge 4 Weeks after D & C
