7 days late spotted once

So i am 20 yrs old nd t2c and i am not 7 days late, on day 6 i spotted once and only.when i wiped. I was put on prenatals and estrogen along with a very high dose of vitamin d. I took a test day 4 but it was a clear negative. I have no cramping at all, but have been very sick to my stomach for days....
