Pain in parts of the body like if your hands lock up

What's it when your body seems like it locks up for example if you're bending over or about to move your body all of a sudden you have something like a muscle spasms in your side and it takes a moment to leave and for you to move and hurts enough to bring tears to your eyes as you try so rub it out.

Just curious if anyone out there has had any positive experience from Morton's neuroma surgery...everything I see and read is just horrible. I had the nerve and neuroma removed just over a week ago and just wanted to know what the long term revoery will be.
