Weak , tired , in pain all the time

Internal spasms similar to a muscle spasm

I am having spasms which feel internal, similar to a muscle spasm. I am not in pain, it is a very odd feeling. It is located below the heart and probably the diaphragm. I think it could be the stomach digesting food and I am just feeling it do its thing. Should I be concerned?
