CIPRO and Muscle / Tendon Soreness

I've been taking Cipro for about a week for a bacterial infection, and now have noticable soreness in both the achilles tendons and hamstrings. No changes in running pace or distance ........ Has anyone else had problems while taking this medication? :(

sore neck and back, how to deal with them?

My neck and upper back are sore from sitting hunched over in class all day. its difficult to hold my head up. Any ideas on streches that could help relieve this? Would doing lots of light reps on a benchpress help stretch the appropriate muscles? Thanks.
