I just started running again. I'm not a marathon runner by any means. I run average 5k+ or so a week. I've been having these aches and pins latly over my legs and body. I get these sharp pinches and spasms on my legs when I'm at rest. I get them all over but mostly up and down my calf and in my inner left thigh.I also tend to get very anxious and dizzy when I get up after being seated for too long. I notice too that my symptoms get worse just before I go to bed at night. My blood pressure is level at 120ish by 60ish. Resting heart rate is in the upper 50s/low 60s. 5'11, 195lb.
Funny when running though I feel ok. I'm going to go to a doctor this week but I'm guessing it's my body reacting to the stress of running because my symptoms usually go away after I've stopped exercising after a few days. Has anyone else had these symptoms??
