calf muscle pain

While I was running I felt sudden sharp pain in the muscle calf. It turns out that I strained my calf. I put some ice pack to relive the pain, but pain is severe and persistent. What are other treatments for calf muscle pain? Is it safe to massage that muscle while is strained?

How to get rid of Plantar Facitious

Hey everyone I've been suffering from plantar facitious (sp) for about 3 years now Ive been takin ibuprofen everyday since due to this as I cannot walk Anyway, Ive had shoe insoles to night splits but nothings working, any ideas on how to get rid for good? Cheers
