My husband is trying cold turkey withdrawal from methadone. He also takes percoset but needs to continue for his extreme pain. Is there any substance now available to ease methadone withdrawal symptoms? Thank you.

shud i go on anti depresants

i tried to wean myself of off methadone coldturkey from 60 mg we lasted 8 days now m dr wont let me carry my own or have it delivered i think this dr is trying to keep me hooked i cnt wake up n have the energy to p/u methadone now from pharmacy and feeling suicidal on SteadyHealth.

Are withdrawals severe according to a person's weight,age,etc.....?

i've noticed that when i loose weight and don't have anything to take my withdrawals are a lot worse than when i'm heavier. Anyone knows why?
