Is there anything I can do for my fiance who stopped today after surgery. He was taking 20mg Oxycodone along with a smaller dose of a drug for breakthrough pain. He's getting really sick. Sweaty, restless, dizzy, etc. Please help??

I am having surgery in 14 days and am trying to withdraw from subutex ( been on 3 yrs) without tapering b/c I'm afraid b/c of the agonist in subutex, the pain post op will be uncontrolled Thanks for you input! :-(
