Uncomfortable and irritated

I am off my 30mg a day of methadone. I am so restless and ver uncomfortable. Is there anything that I can take to help me go to sleep without feel so irritated and uncomfortable. I am trying not to turn back to methadone so please someone HELP.

i am feeling a little better today, i have actually eaten after 5 days of no food, i am still a little shaky but i slept last night thanks to the doctor prescribing Zopiclone. i an hoping that the worst of the physical symptoms are subsiding now. ! :|
