Will it be ok to take another sub after taking methadone, suboxone and Kratom?

I need some help here was on methadone for two weeks 30mgs and sunday was last dose. I took a suboxone today and feeling pretty lousy l I did take a teaspoon of Kratom a couple hours ago. Will it be ok to take another sub?
