My Nose is Long

i'm 17 yrs old, male. i'm a thin person, weight 48 kg and my face doesn't have enoush fat deposit on it so my nose long longer. People just taunt me by this. This reduces my confidence. Please tell me how can i solve the problem ?? Is this a nose Bone problem ??

Could this be cause of anosmia
