Hi, I am 48 female and since the end of march I have been having a constant daily headache, This all started after driving to Norwich Ct on a Saturday night late and returning next evening late ( extremely elevated highway) . since then I have been to see the doctor had a string of test done CT scan-Brain mri- spinal tap- Sonogram of heart and neck, all negative. with this constant headache come spikes of high blood pressure which I never had before, now that constant. but I feel my sinus is related because my nose gets clog up especially if I try to sleep on left side but clears up when I switch side and the constant pressure behind my nose with no constant discharge but occasionally gets a glob of clear mucus from my left nostril. im on daily blood pressure med and bedtime topiramate , cant stand up too long before pressure goes up, the smell of fried chicken spikes my headache and bp, scare to leave my home. The medication has tone down the level of pain (if I am on Butalb-Acetamin-caff ) sometime but I can tell when im getting an episode because my nostril flairs and I start to get head spasm almost like a contraction then it pass at this point both my Neurologist and primary care can do nothing more for me , I am been refered to a hospital that has an extensive head team in July don't know what to do till then, ineed to get back to work. HELP.
