Smelling/tasting smoke when there isn't anything around

For the past about maybe two months I randomly get this sense of smell and taste of smoke at the back of my throat and Palet it's very annoying and feels like something is wrong and I don't know what to do, its worst at night or if o don't eat anyhkg sweet or minty for a while, whoever has answers...

Open Septoplasty post op. how long do i need to keep the gauze covering my nose?

Hello., I had open septoplasty on Monday and have a few questions. 1) how long do i need to keep the gauze covering my nose? 2) why do I continue to feel dizzy and light headed when I am standing? 3) is still feel tired in my eyes and feel I could sleep.Is this normal?

Stuffed nose for more then 2 months
