both arms and all fingers went numb for several seconds and I have a constant headache

Constant shivers down spine

I have two motor tics in my neck, so I am used to the twitching or the shudders down my spine, but today they are coming literally every 10 seconds, my spine is constantly tingling like its about to shiver and I can't "force" it to shiver, its stopping me from relaxing.... Any ideas?
