Numbness in face (right side)

I have been getting painful, painful numbness in my right side of my face. it starts with a headache on the front of the right side of my forehead, then goes down my face & affects my jaw & makes my jaw in pain. often, the pain comes around 7 or 8 at night and stays for no more than 3 hours....
