Hi there,

I'm 14 and I stay awake all night sleep all day (sleep 12 hours awake 24 hours). Was just wondering if this will harm me in any way,

It's not going to harm you if you don't do it often.  In the long term sleep deprivation can cause multiple of problems.  Are you and do you play a lot of video games that are keeping you up at night?  Do you find that this is happening mostly on weekends?  I used to do this when i was your age and when I was in my 20's I had insomnia, so careful that you do get your sleep anywhere from 6 - 8 hours is best, for a teenager your age 10 hours is optimal.  Hope this helps

I do this most days, I usually get 12 hours sleep but I stay up for 24 hours, Thank you for replying.
