I'm a 15 year old female and i'm having a lot of trouble sleeping. I'm currently on a student exchange for 6 months and i'm going home in 1 month and i haven't had the easiest exchange and i had some problems with sleeping  because i was so miserable and i was having about 3 hours of sleep a night....
