I'm a 15 year old female and i'm having a lot of trouble sleeping. I'm currently on a student exchange for 6 months and i'm going home in 1 month and i haven't had the easiest exchange and i had some problems with sleeping  because i was so miserable and i was having about 3 hours of sleep a night. i didn't go to a doctor because my ex host family refused to take me. i'm now happy in my new host family, but i'm having trouble sleeping again. i don't have any problems once i'm asleep, but it just takes me hours to get to sleep. because i am in a different country, trying to speak a different language and having longer school days so as you can imagine, i am so so tired and beginning to fall apart, so i'm really just looking for advice! please reply soon, because i really need some sleep!! thanks :)
