In late february I had a couple days of vertigo spaced out over 5 or 6 days. Following the second attack, I had chronic dizziness for months that has subsided a good bit, but I feel like it can return at any point, as it was intermittant.
Around mid March I began to feel a very awkward sensation in the back of my neck, something similar to tying a tourniquet around the arm, that seemed to be at its worst in bed on the pillow, when i put my head on the back of a chair, or look down from up, up from down, etc. I can rub my finger over the area and simulate the sensation as well. When I'm at work and get up from a chair, it will kick in and feels like a stiff sensation, but my neck isn't stiff.
I've been concerned about vertebral artery disection as of late, as my mother suffered one around this age, but luckily recovered and had no complications. I'm not sure if this is what I'm dealing with though.
So anyway - I hate to mention this but - I had the most intense episode of this sensation a couple nights ago after masturbating in bed. I was very scared at the time, but fell asleep and woke up the next day. I've decided to stop that activity until I get some sort of diagnosis.
PS: Also my right eye had a terrible eye strain sensation, especially in front of the computer and i would feel pain behind my right eyelid. I get it from time to time now, but it hasn't manifested so much over the past week
I've not been to a doctor about this ! Yes I'm out of my mind
Any help/suggestions would be apreciated

ugh
it's really bad at the moment
could this be vestibular neuritis? THat is what I've suspected since the vertigo episodes.. it has followed the pattern with vertigo followed by chronic dizziness.. but this neck issue is worse now than ever. I guess an MRI and a specialist is what I need
